PostSubject: The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not....   The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not.... EmptyMon Apr 08, 2013 11:42 pm

This should be fun….depending on how crazy we deem ourselves!! Put your answers in after the questions and we’ll see what everyone else says!
So, copy and paste this and fill in your answers!!
1. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is ONE item you would pick to have with you?
2. If someone told you you’d just won the lottery for $5 million, what would your reaction be? What’s the first thing you would buy/put money towards?
3. Your parents just said they would get you any ONE thing you want for your birthday; anything. What would it be?
4. If you were transported back in time, what era/year/time period/day would you pick?
5. If you could meet any famous person (alive or dead), who would it be?
6. If you were cornered by a pack of ravenous wolves, what weapon would you like to have in your hand?
7. If you and another poor soul were facing certain death together (whether by freezing to death or being beheaded by cannibals, or anything in between), who would you choose to die with?
8. You’re making dinner tonight. What’s on the menu?
9. You’ve just been offered a two-week vacation – all expenses paid – to anywhere in the world. Where would you go?
10. And, as a writer, if your book was completed, utterly amazing, and every publishing company in the world was at your feet to publish it for you, which one would you pick?
Have fun!! Very Happy

1. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is ONE item you would pick to have with you? Well if item includes people I'd pick Mariah, but if not then probably a camera to document my boredom. HAHA!
2. If someone told you you’d just won the lottery for $5 million, what would your reaction be? Ha! Nice joke! What’s the first thing you would buy/put money towards? Well, the smart thing would buy gold and/or invest it... But I'd probably first buy a horse.
3. Your parents just said they would get you any ONE thing you want for your birthday; anything. What would it be? Well I just got a horse with my lottery money... SO it would be some nice riding and pasture land.
4. If you were transported back in time, what era/year/time period/day would you pick? Right after the revolutionary War.
5. If you could meet any famous person (alive or dead), who would it be? Jesus (duh), okay for second choose I'd say Jane Austen.
6. If you were cornered by a pack of ravenous wolves, what weapon would you like to have in your hand? A lightsaber.
7. If you and another poor soul were facing certain death together (whether by freezing to death or being beheaded by cannibals, or anything in between), who would you choose to die with? Mariah. I love you
8. You’re making dinner tonight. What’s on the menu? Chili, baked potatoes, steamed Brussels Sprouts, and Apple Crisp.
9. You’ve just been offered a two-week vacation – all expenses paid – to anywhere in the world. Where would you go? Scotland!
10. And, as a writer, if your book was completed, utterly amazing, and every publishing company in the world was at your feet to publish it for you, which one would you pick? Haven't thought about it. Question

Aww, Deanna, I feel special. I love you

1. I was going to say my laptop, but the battery wouldn’t last very long… I think that a camera would be my first pick (I’m not trying to copy you, Deanna ;P).
2. I would spend nearly all of it to support various Christian organizations. Then I would give my parents enough to pay off the house and to live off of. THEN I would shower gifts on all my friends… and then I would spend a little on myself. Wink
3. A horse. Smile
4. That's a hard one. Biblical times would be amazing. Or the late 1800’s.
5. Jesus, of course. ;P But a couple other people I would like to meet are Keith Green and Laura Ingalls Wilder.
6. ...a jetpack? ;P An easy mode of escape.
7. Either Deanna or Nevets (no, I will not tell you who that is Wink.
8. Green sauce enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, and chocolate chip cookies. Smile
9. SCOTLAND!!
10. Oh goodness... I don't know. I don't know that many publishing houses.

PostSubject: Re: The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not....   The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not.... EmptyWed Apr 10, 2013 7:23 pm

Very Happy Hi people.

1. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is ONE item you would pick to have with you? A Bible. Maybe that's cliché, but I don't think I'd survive anyway, so a Bible would encourage me that Heaven is nearby. Very Happy
2. If someone told you you’d just won the lottery for $5 million, what would your reaction be? What’s the first thing you would buy/put money towards? 1. Confusion, because I'd never entered the lottery. 2. Insane happiness. I would save it all! Or at least most of it. Wink
3. Your parents just said they would get you any ONE thing you want for your birthday; anything. What would it be? A car. A car. A car.
4. If you were transported back in time, what era/year/time period/day would you pick? How long do I have to stay there? Razz I love the romantic idea of the medieval ages, but I'd never live then. No showers, eww! I'd go back and live in the 50s. Very Happy
5. If you could meet any famous person (alive or dead), who would it be? Jesus. Maybe C.S. Lewis. Also maybe Paul. Or Esther...
6. If you were cornered by a pack of ravenous wolves, what weapon would you like to have in your hand? A gun. Then I would miraculously know how to work it.
7. If you and another poor soul were facing certain death together (whether by freezing to death or being beheaded by cannibals, or anything in between), who would you choose to die with? Stephen. =) =) =) Oh I mean Sad .. We're drying.
8. You’re making dinner tonight. What’s on the menu? Bother, I have to make dinner? Some sort of pasta/sauce/cheese thing. And garlic bread. And peas.
9. You’ve just been offered a two-week vacation – all expenses paid – to anywhere in the world. Where would you go? Italy! Or Prague! Or Hawaii!
10. And, as a writer, if your book was completed, utterly amazing, and every publishing company in the world was at your feet to publish it for you, which one would you pick? Whoah, what a good question! Whichever one actually liked my book before it was utterly amazing. Smile

The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not.... Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not....   The Ten Questions of Fate....or...not.... EmptySat Apr 13, 2013 6:31 pm

Okay, now it's my turn!! Smile

1. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is ONE item you would pick to have with you?
-A knife. Just in case I wanted to try my hand at spearfishing or knifethrowing (to alleviate boredom).
2. If someone told you you’d just won the lottery for $5 million, what would your reaction be? What’s the first thing you would buy/put money towards?
-"Oh, since I AM 18 now, I can totally enter and win the lottery. Pass the $5 million, please!" I would buy a house on the river, with a barn and pastureland. Then I'd take most of what was left and give it to the church, maybe buy my parents a new house or pay off their existing house....and then I'd buy a morotcycle. A Ducati motorcycle Wink
3. Your parents just said they would get you any ONE thing you want for your birthday; anything. What would it be?
-A violin. I've always wanted to play one!
4. If you were transported back in time, what era/year/time period/day would you pick?
-I would want to go back to the early 1900s. And live somewhere out in the Midwest Wink
5. If you could meet any famous person (alive or dead), who would it be?
-My first choice would be Jesus. THAT would be amazing. Second choice would be J.R.R. Tolkien!
6. If you were cornered by a pack of ravenous wolves, what weapon would you like to have in your hand?
-My bow. And a few arrows with explosive tips. Oh, and maybe some steel reinforcements on my bow....so I could club the wolves at close-range Razz
7. If you and another poor soul were facing certain death together (whether by freezing to death or being beheaded by cannibals, or anything in between), who would you choose to die with?
-Well, so first I was thinking my Dad, but I would hate for him to die and leave my mom and brothers without anyone to provide for them....so the next choice? Haha, I know this is gonna sound wierd, but......Ted Walker. He's always joking about dying anyways.
8. You’re making dinner tonight. What’s on the menu?
-Chicken alfredo, a green salad, and garlic bread. Washed down with some sparkling cider.
9. You’ve just been offered a two-week vacation – all expenses paid – to anywhere in the world. Where would you go?
-New Zealand, hands down. If I ever get married, I'm taking my honeymoon there, dead earnest. Wink
10. And, as a writer, if your book was completed, utterly amazing, and every publishing company in the world was at your feet to publish it for you, which one would you pick?
-..........huh. No clue. I would pick whoever offered me the most publicity/advertisement. Not to mention, if my book was THAT awesome, I probably wouldn't care who published it.
